Welcome to the icon journal of

dark_uyoko. Here you will be able to find icons of various anime/manga/video games/etc. Feel free to add under your friends list but please let me know if you add me by commenting. This journal is so far public which means that I expect from you to tolerate and not flame or insult my work in any form and kind. If you don't like what you see or feel offended by it, it is your fault because I always put a warning before the lj-cut if the icons have any hentai/yaoi/shounen-ai/yuri/shoujo-ai theme. Understood? I'm a very open-minded iconist and this will never change in any form or way. Rules:

x. if you take any of my icons or bases let me know by commenting on the post

xxx. if you costumize any of my icons or bases let me know by contacting me via PM or comment to show me the icon; you still have to give me half of the credit thought since the icon/base was originaly made by me

Are you taking any request and if, what is do i have to do so that you will make me an icon?
Very simple answer. First off, right now I'm closed for requests because of my school. But around the summer time I'm open and if you wish to request an icon then all you have to do is give me an image to work with and what you would like me to do with it, to suit your imagination.

What kind of icons do you do?
Everything from simple bases to animations. My target are mainly anime/manga icons but it could happen that i would do some icons from a movie or from a band.

Do you also do friends only banners and layouts?
Yes I do. It can happen that I will post a few friends only banners for a public use, but it is hard to say if I will ever open myself to do layouts for others. Right now, layouts are limited to only my close friends, sorry.

What do I do if I see people using your icons without crediting / is crediting nessecary?
If you happen to come across a journal who didn't properly credit my icons, you tell me this by PM'ing or commenting in my journal, giving me the username of the person and let me deal it from that point on. And yes, crediting is very nessecary since people put alot of work into any form of graphic.

Can I add you to my friends list / would you like to be my affiliate?
Feel free to add me and yes, just let me know what your icon journal name is or what is the name of the community you are having and I will link you in my userpage.

This section of my userinfo will soon be updated with a link to a post where I will post all the awards I have won so much with all the information you would need.
